Overview

We are a jobbing C.N.C. machine shop, located in Cleveland, Ohio, one of the United States' leading industrial areas. This gives us access to a wealth of industrial resources which allows us to respond quickly to many of our customers needs. As a manufacturer, the availability of many different materials and outside services make this a great place to be located!

What we do

We utilize C.N.C., along with manual machine tools, to produce replacement machine parts and tooling for the cold heading and wire industry. National, Waterbury & Sacma headers, Waterbury & Hartford thread rollers, Malmedie, Morgan & Atlas wire drawers and Lewis straighten & cut are just some of the machine we make parts for. We manufacture to print, and also reverse engineer replacement machine parts for general industry. Our C.N.C.'s allow us to perform close tolerance, secondary machining operations on cold headed and stamped parts. Hard turning of heat treated materials utilizing ceramics and diamonds, has allowed us to eliminate some form grinding operations where complex forms and good microfinishes are required. This has allowed us to reduce costs to our customers, without sacrificing quality. We have manual lathe capacity to 21" x 120" between centers. We do general and prototype machining from prints, sketches and instructions. Surface grinding, assemblies, jigs, fixtures and small weldments are also available.

Our focus has been the manufacture of tooling and replacement parts for cold headers, thread rollers, wire drawers and straighten & cut machines. We also manufacture tooling and die details for the tool & die industry and replacement machine parts for general industry.
